With a heightened awareness around gluten intolerances, sensitivities, and allergies, there are so many people today who either choose to eat gluten free or have to. That's one of the many reasons we were so enthralled with Nicole's business and the inception of NOBREAD.
Nicole was diagnosed with celiac, long before a gluten free diet was mainstream or trendy, so she started noting her favorite places serving gluten-free options, her favorite allergy-friendly menu items, and pretty soon an entire NOBREAD nationwide guide was born!
