Erin Bailey is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer who has spent the last five years teaching at some of Boston’s top boutique studios. She thrives on creating energy and excitement around group fitness and has become well known for her positive, encouraging approach.
At last night's outdoor event in Boston, she led an intense calorie burning, full body workout. The class consisted of a 40 min body-weight only sweat session, that targeted your legs, arms and core, along. We were motivated to move, thanks to DJ Yana, playing live beats to motivate us all night long.
