Sweat it Out with @BootybyBrabants

Now a hugely popular name and brand, Kelly embodies the grind to success from which we can all take inspiration. Starting as an equinox trainer desperately trying to build up a client roster, she worked long hers in the gym, stayed outside of training sessions, until she started getting recognition for her efforts and the success and effectiveness of her training style.

From there, Kelly was excited about her growing clientele, however, felt discouraged that there were so many women she wanted to reach and could not due to the high price tag on personal training. Understandably, many viable candidates couldn't afford $120/hour training sessions, so Kelly thought to branch into boutique fitness.

She launched her first class at a tiny studio in Boston, but her cindarella story doesn't end there. Her nerves got the best of her and her class felt awkward, obviously nervous, and left room for improvement. Much as she approached everything in her life, she diligently continued to improve her teaching style until her group fitness class took off, bringing us where we are today.

Yesterday we hosted an event in Boston with Kelly Brabants to take her signature Booty by Brabants class. The workout consists of distinctive cardio-based movements that are designed to ignite the core, booty, legs and arms. Infused with energetic dance moves and effective bootcamp style exercises, the class is fierce but based on feel-good fun.
