The Ultimate Smoothie Bowl

1 C Frozen Fruit (Berries, Stone Fruit, Mango, Acai, Pitaya, and/or Banana)
1/4+ C Liquid (Water, Milk, Milk Substitute, OJ, Fruit Juice)
Topping Options:
Fresh Fruit, Granola, Cacao Nibs, Bee Pollen, Dried Fruit, Nuts, Seeds, Chia,
Nut Butter, Coconut, Agave, Honey, Goji Berries

In your blending device (vitamix or blender) add frozen fruit and a little bit of liquid. You want the mixture to be thick and spoonable, so add liquid slowly and only enough to blend it up. You can use a mixture of frozen fruit or just use one as your base.

If you prefer your smoothie base to be a little sweeter, add a little banana or dash of
sweetener to the mixture
**If you are using fresh fruit, add some ice to the mixture to make the mixture frozen.

Spoon mixture evenly into a bowl. Select your favorite toppings and arrange on top of your bowl.

If you can use different colors and textures to give your bowl some flare, do it! Be the artist of your own smoothie, grab a spoon and get to spooning!
