Yoga & Brunch With @BalancewithB

Blair, aka @balancewithB, grew up with many digestive and health issues that ultimately led her to discovering the healing powers of yoga.

At yesterday's event, she shared that gift with us through twists, turns, and movement as she led us through her signature Vinyassa Class. Blair taught us how certain moves can specifically help with digestive stress and regular practice and self care can begin to fully eliminate these issues, of which she suffered herself!

After class was complete, we felt so calm, and spent the rest of the time together enjoying some of Blair’s favorite local snacks!
