We hosted a 2-day event with @RachaelsGoodEats in Chicago. On day two, Rachael taught her very first GOOD SWEAT group workout! The workout was inspired by her new GOOD SWEAT weekly program, and was then followed by a Q&A (& lots of sweaty selfies!). Rachael's workouts are HIIT and circuit training based and use no machines. It was inspiring to be in a room full of women all wanting to challenge themselves and become stronger. It was a workout we won't soon forget!
