Sweat it Out with @BootybyBrabants

We met up with Kelly Brabants in Boston to take her signature Booty by Brabants class. The workout consists of distinctive cardio-based movements that are designed to ignite the core, booty, legs and arms. Infused with energetic dance moves and effective bootcamp style exercises, the class is fierce but based on feel-good fun.
