Blair, aka @balancewithB, grew up with many digestive and health issues that ultimately led her to discover the healing powers of yoga.
Today she shared that gift with us through twists, turns, and movement and her Vinyassa Class. We learned how certain moves can specifically help with digestive stress and regular practice and self care can begin to fully eliminate these issues!
After class was complete, we felt so calm, and spent the rest of the time together enjoying some of Blair’s favorite local snacks!
