Join us for our 3rd Annual Charity Fitness Festival. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an area particularly close to our hearts. Our co-founder, Sarah, lost her mom, Holly, to breast cancer in 2013. In honor of the millions of women, like Holly, who have battled or are currently battling breast cancer, we are proud to be hosting another Fitness Festival to support the cause.

We encourage you to come alone or grab a friend for a workout (or two or three)! We have partnered with multiple fitness studios and celebrity fitness trainers in NYC for the event. Throughout the day you can enjoy back-to-back workouts from some of today's most popular studios and highly sought after influencers & trainers. We'll also provide snacks, refreshments, workshops, activities, and so much more! 

Proceeds from the event will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Should you feel inclined to donate more than the cost of your ticket, you will be prompted at check out to select an additional dollar amount of choice. 

Not in the mood to sweat? Don't sweat it. We encourage anyone to donate to the cause regardless of whether or not you are able to attend. Every dollar counts and is greatly appreciated. You can donate without having to purchase a ticket by clicking here

TALENT BIOS:

Kenny Santucci has been working in the fitness industry for over 10+ years in New York City! Creator of the Body and Build program at Solace New York, Kenny’s classes focus on a strength and conditioning. His philosophy is teaching people to not only work out but to build longevity through health and wellness. Kenny is a brand ambassador for Michelob Ultra and has worked with almost every major sports brand from ASICS to Reebok, Adidas and Under Armour! Solace New York Description: You can expect a full spectrum strength & cardio based class with body weight and mobility to give your body exactly what it needs!

Kelvin Gary is the Founder, CEO and Head Coach of Body Space Fitness, a boutique personal training facility specializing in “Semi-Private” personal training. Kelvin began his training career while still working his 9-5 in the corporate world after realizing that being behind a desk 10 hours a day was harming his health. Kelvin decided to leave the corporate world to pursue his love for helping others live a better life through fitness. After training for several years both independently and in a big box gym setting, Kelvin opened Body Space Fitness in 2012 with the goal of bringing a customized training experience in semi-private setting to New York City. Body Space Fitness Description: Through an innovative approach to program design and unique training system, Body Space Fitness has become known as one of the premier personal training gyms in New York City. Kelvin is an internationally recognized fitness expert (holding numerous training certifications) and is known as the “trainer’s trainer” and the fitness guru to many of New York City’s top fitness professionals. Kelvin also uses his background as an engineer in a consulting capacity, helping clients around the world design facilities for both public and in home use.

Fresh off the plane and into the big city, Ellis Caveill resides from Perth, Western Australia and brings with him 10 years experience in the fitness industry. His passion lies within body/mind transformations. His goal is to impact every client to lead a healthier lifestyle through training, nutritional and mindset changes whilst achieving their aesthetic or performance goals. S10 Training Description: This workout will not only focus on aesthetics, but also body composition. The workout focuses on 12 key areas of the body to train, and each move/method is backed by science to help meet goals in strength, health and appearance.

Celebrity Trainer and choreographer, Isaac Calpito has trained and worked with superstars in TV/Film, Broadway & music industries, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Kelly Ripa, Ariana Grande, Priyanka Chopra, Hugh Jackman, Brooke Shields, Lucy Liu, and Faye Dunaway to name a few. Blending fitness with his experience creative directing the main stages of the pop music scene, Isaac has created a method called “Torch’d” that burns fat, tones, and gets you to your best body. Torch'd Description: Torch’d is a vigorous flow of body resistance, dance conditioning and intense targeted repetition to fire up and transform your body. This intense workout burns fat, shaves off inches and will have you feeling more fit than ever before.

Jamie Golden grew up as an award winning dancer at a Ballet Academy in Colorado. She then traveled the states as a protegé for Hollywood Vibe Dance Conventions and later on the staff of StarQuest International. After high school she joined the entertainment department for The Walt Disney Company. Soon after, she booked her dream job and got to travel the world while performing in the production shows for Princess Cruise Line.  Jamie's spontaneity led her to New York City where she discovered her passion for fitness. As Lead Trainer at AKT, Jamie is so lucky she gets to combine her love of dance and passion for fitness while dancing under the disco ball! AKT Dance Description: DANCE + TONE + INTERVALS. This class alternates between choreographed dance sections and short strength intervals, putting your muscle and cardio endurance to the test! We methodically break down each step to make sure you learn the entire dance by the end of the class. Burn out every muscle and leave feeling elated after this high-energy interval workout.

Gina DiNapoli grew up a competitive figure skater, which inspired her to pursue athletic coaching. When she moved to NYC, her dreams of becoming an Olympic figure skating coach were crushed due to the rink circumstances and incompatibility with her corporate job. Instead of coaching, she began to start taking NYC group fitness classes and found her weekly workout schedule alternated HIIT classes with kickboxing with dance classes. Gina took these 3 domains and mashed them together into a single HIIT-style training workout class, JABS. When she is not Jabbing, she is spending her time napping, Citibiking, or eating peanut butter. Jabs x Cardio Description: Cardio is a HIIT-style Dance class (with punches and kicks of course) that will show you what your max heart rate is. The entire class is performed with 2-3 lb dumbbells for arm and core toning. The class ends with a choreographed ab sequence and boxing drills.

Tamara Jones, an Australian in NYC, found Pilates at a young age. Movement has always been a huge part of her life and she loves to share it will her clients! Tamara completed her Pilates Certification with Elixr School of Pilates in Australia where she completely fell in love with the Reformer and started teaching. In Tamara’s class, you can expect an intense workout with a focus on form and understanding of anatomy. Tamara will do her best to leave you with an increased understanding of how your body works and a fierce, functional workout. FLEX Studios Mat Pilates Description: FLEX is amping up Pilates Mat! Our high-energy, endurance-building, full-body workout will get your muscles shaking and leave you dripping in sweat. Expect a challenging Pilates-based class. If you visit us in studio this class is hosted in our state of the art infrared-heated studio. Get ready to bring the heat!

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We will provide a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Within 24 hours, you will receive a full credit on your account which you can use towards payment for a future event. 

I don’t know anyone, can I come alone?

Yes, absolutely! We hope you are never deterred by not having a friend to accompany you. The purpose of these events is to meet like-minded people, and we will kick off every event with a mini icebreaker game to ensure you know at least one friendly face in the crowd.

What time will the event actually start?

We will open the doors promptly at the time the event is called for. If arriving early - we appreciate punctuality - we may ask you to hang tight while we finish setting up the beautiful space!

I’m held up with another obligation and running late, is that ok?

Yes, feel free to come at any time, and we will ensure there is still a swag bag for you. If you’re running late, we cannot guarantee that all of the on-site brands will have samples and food left, however. People get hungry - what can we say!

What’s in the swag bag?

Telling you would ruin the surprise! But we like to vary it every time to ensure that you’re getting access to the best products in the wellness space and helping you discover new brands you’ll love!

I have an allergy, can I be accommodated?
We always make an effort to accommodate as many allergies as possible, and list all allergies that are “safe” in the food at the event. However, if you’re concerned feel free to email us at founders@sayhellowellness.com.
