Shipping policy

We offer free domestic shipping to the USA on orders over $85 USD. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.

International
We do ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Calculations
We calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package and the destination based on the distance from our studio in Virginia. We currently ship with USPS and UPS.

Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages when the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing, please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

Processing Time:
Orders generally ship within 2- 5 business days of receipt.  Please consider our processing time when selecting your shipping method.

Delivery Timeframe:
After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 3 - 7 days depending on the distance from our studio in Virginia, and the shipping method you selected at checkout.
